Name-calling and judgements are “tragic expressions of unmet needs” so we invite you to first become aware of when you are making a judgement (even about yourself) so that you can begin the process of making a change. The world would be a much more peaceful place if we all started learning how to speak this dialect known as nonviolent communication!
